Sometimes we experience ourselves and others in ways that bring us sorrow or distress.  We may be feeling trapped in a hurtful intimate partner or group relationship. We may be grieving the loss of someone we love to illness, death, or to choice.  We may be facing a life-changing, gut-wrenching decision and stuck at the fork in the road, wondering which way to turn.  We may be moving through a painful separation and divorce.  We may be working to resolve loyalty conflicts in our first family or step-family relationships.  Stressful situations like these may lead to sadness, worry, irritability, anger, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, indecisiveness, confusion, difficulty concentrating, avoidance, or recurring and intrusive thoughts, images, and feelings.  To recapture our balance and be at peace, we may receive help from family, friends, support groups, physicians, spiritual leaders, psychologists, social workers, or marriage and family therapists.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC #50165.  I provide marriage and couple counseling, divorce counseling, co-parenting counseling, parenting plan mediation, and support group services from my private practice locations in Santa Clara and Los Gatos, California.  I am here for you at the crossroads of  change and transition.  I will support you on the quest to explore thoughts and express feelings, make empowering choices, and realize your potential for change.  I will cheer you on to do more of what works well now.  I will encourage you to have faith in yourself and use your strengths to create new opportunities for growth and well-being.

Let's Connect to discuss your challenges, goals, and  requirements.  The first session is an office consultation.  It is free-of-charge.  I look forward to hearing from you.
